The Last Events of 2017 & other updates

So 2017 being a big year for me would be an understatement. I had my first book release at a Barnes & Noble. I joined a couple of writing groups; I did multiple signing events at Tri-Con, Franklin Bazaar, Comic Quest, Evansville Museum & there a few more to come.

The last two events will be at Borderlands Comic Show in Russellville, KY on November 11 and E3C in Evansville, IN on November 18. I would do a few more events this year, but my wife Sarah is giving birth to our second child in mid-December, so I have to dedicate a lot of time to that. Though less than half the effort that Sarah will :)

I don't have any events in 2018 confirmed as of yet, but I'm in the process for registering for EvilleCon in Evansville, IN on March 23-25 . Though, I'm not 100% that I'll be there. I'm also checking on OMG!con in Owensboro, KY.

If there are cons, bookfairs or other author friendly events near you and you want me to show up, then email me at jakedh@bulletproofghost.com .

The only other major updates are that I put my fantasy novel, Deathless on hold for the moment and started writing in The BulletProof Ghost: Magnum Opus again. The first two stories in Dreadful, a short horror series, are basically done. I'm waiting on art to be finished for the first story. You can read a free Preview of Dreadful: Wolves in the Ice here.

The Kindle version of The BulletProof Ghost: In Spades is still having technical difficulties. Not to get in the weeds too much, but I just tried submitting it with a different web browser, so that might work. I'll post the link to the Kindle version as soon as it's up. You can get the updates faster if you follow me on Twitter, @thebproofghost .

Lastly, if you have read either of The BulletProof Ghost books, please leave a review up on Amazon. This helps widen my readership, plus I always like to see feedback on my work.

Thanks for all of your support so far. I'm going to try to go to at least 20 signing events in 2018. I'd like to do more, so don't stop sending me event updates. If I can go to them, I will go to them.

Stay tuned.
