New Original Story and Dragon Ball What if on Patreon

Okay, so my original story, The Nature of a Conversation, is still only in rough draft form, but since it's done, I thought I'd give all of you a sneak peek at it. The project was assigned to me by The Midwest Writers Guild EVV with the theme of 'Mother Nature'. It's about a corporate tycoon and an environmental activist having a short conversation, until it takes an unexpected turn. Perhaps even a supernatural one.
I'm pretty happy with the story, but it was only supposed to be 500 words or less long... and it's over 1500. Oops. Well if they don't want me reading it aloud on Tuesday's meeting then I'll just publish it in my next anthology or literary journal.
On a personal note, I received my COVID19 vaccine and it will take full affect by this Thursday. Hopefully things can start to get back to normal and I can schedule some signing events again. I'll keep all of you up to date once I have events scheduled.
